New Orleans Saints rookie camp is a great time for rookies to be scouted and trained simultaneously. While it is true that rookies are always scouted before they have ever been drafted to a team, this is the first time that they are able to be evaluated in a context of the team.

More than that, however, it gives the coaches a first chance and training their new recruits. Even the best of the new rookies need extra training. The level is just so incomparable at the professional level that they need to be trained properly to be able to reach this higher level.
